Cross Timbers is a luxury cabin with everything you need for a great getaway. The two acre property provides the feeling of seclusion, but is within a very short distance of all the activities of Beavers Bend State Park, and Broken Bow Lake.

This cabin offers,1600 square feet of open floor plan, with two private bedrooms, and large 2-sink bathroom downstairs plus a master suite, with bathroom and balcony tucked away upstairs. The 3-sided deck area gives lots of space for bird watching, and lounging while enjoying a peaceful view and listening to the wind move through the 60’ pine trees that surround the cabin. The 5 person hot tub is on the back deck with a view of the open fire pit area with picnic table and charcoal grill.

Cabin Amenities:

• 3 private bedrooms 1 with a king size bed and balcony at near tree top level, 1 with a queen size bed, 1 with a full under twin bunk bed with a pull out trundle (sleeps 4)
• 2 private bathrooms
• Fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless appliances plus coffee maker and a full sized front load washer and dryer in large walk-in pantry/utility room
• The family room with wood- burning fireplace has a 42 " flat screen satellite television with blue ray DVD, with surround sound, 32" TVs and DVD players in each of the three private bedrooms. Dining area table and chairs seats 6 plus 3 bar-stools at kitchen bar.
• A reclining message chair and theater style pop corn machine, are also provided for your enjoyment.
• Covered decks and open-air deck with hot-tub, rocking chairs, 2 tables with umbrellas and chairs and a 4 burner gas grill. Picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire pit off the back deck.
• Starter supply of tissues, paper towels, soaps, coffee, laundry and dishwasher detergents and microwave popcorn.
